As A Viewer
Current guidelines state that if possible, viewings should be in video format in the first instance This is why we provide a 360 virtual Matterport tour when possible. Giving you as viewer the opportunity to established whether you are interested in progressing and a physical viewing. From here we recommend that all viewers and agents take a lateral flow test prior to viewing, social distancing measures must be adopted, if possible. We ask that a
maximum of two people attend as viewers. Agent and Viewer will be required to wear a face mask. (viewers must supply own mask) All parties should use hand sanitiser upon entering the home. Viewers are advised to bring their own hand sanitiser and avoid touching surfaces.
As Occupants The current occupants will be asked to vacate the property during viewings to minimise contact with other households. In preparation for the visit we recommend that all occupants take a lateral flow test.
We arrive early to clean and disinfect the surfaces
Where possible you should also ventilate the property prior to and during the visit e.g. by opening windows.
We ask that you and the rest of your household, where possible, vacate the property or stay in another room while the view proceeds.
On the day of the visit should any occupants of the premises have signs of the virus, have been diagnosed, or are self-isolating, no visits will take place at any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the
household, such as emergency repairs, and where the tradesperson is willing to do so.
