“The members of staff are excellent at getting back to any queries you may have both quickly and efficiently. I feel that any problems I have had to raise with the property I rent have been picked up and arranged to be fixed quickly. I am a satisfied tenant and I am very happy with the service I have received from all of the staff thus far, and look forward to continue renting with them for the near future.” – Lauren, 2019

We aim to meet all our applicants to find out their exact requirements. This allows us to match tenants to suitable premises and to meet their criteria. It is essential for you to know what items will remain in the property (specifications for which can be seen within this document under Landlords), and also to know what your responsibilities are. For example, who looks after the garden, parking arrangements, insurance cover etc. We will assist you through every step of this process and aim to provide a smooth and stress free transitional period for all our customers.

If you require any help or advice with filling in any of the forms please contact one of our members of staff and we will be more than happy to assist.
